Notes

2005-11-24 - Identified from the Reuter Opus List, provided by Chris Leaver, Reuter Organ Co., November, 2005. -Database Manager

2006-11-06 - Updated through online information from Bryan Higgins. -- The Catheral was destroyed by fire March 14, 2005. From the photos it would appear the organ suffered considerable damage. -Database Manager

2012-04-06 - Updated through online information from Marv Klinger. -- The building was heavily damaged in a fire on March 14, 2005 which was determined to be arson. The remains of the building were deconstructed in the Spring of 2008 with apparently no parts of the organ saved. -Database Manager

2014-12-02 - Updated through online information from David Bohn. -- Organ reused several ranks of pipework from the cathedral's previous organ (identified by Ronald Krebs of the Reuter company as a Kimball) -Database Manager

2024-03-16 - Updated through online information from Darren Snow: This very old church--the cornerstone was set in 1854--received a brand-new steeple in 2005, just a few months before a homeless man broke in to steal some wine and wound up setting the cathedral on fire. The shell sat roofless for three years before demolition began. A new cathedral is to be built on the site, using the existing spire and doors, plus several other salvageable items. -Jim Stettner
