Notes

2005-11-24 - Identified from the Reuter Opus List, provided by Chris Leaver, Reuter Organ Co., November, 2005. -Database Manager

2008-05-05 - Updated through on-line information from Austin Speaker. -- The organ is placed on the right-hand side of the sanctuary which is shaped somewhat like a triangle. Most of the pipes are visible by division with the pipes arranged in single rows from largest to smallest or smallest to largest (not smallest to smallest with largest in the middle). The enclosed swell chambers are located closest to the front of the sanctuary (or on the left side of the organ if you are looking straight at it). The Console is directly in front of the organ and faces outward, away from the organ. The choir loft which has woodwork that extends to the windchests starts at floor level and steps up as you go further toward the rear of the sanctuary. The organ is elevated about nine feet above the floor level of the sanctuary. The instrument is played at the 8:30 AM service every Sunday (though the schedule varies at certain times). The primary organist is the music director Scott Kamman and his wife Becky. -Database Manager
