NOTES
The organ was installed in side-by-side chamber at the front, center of the room
directly behind the reader's platform. The console was in fixed position, center
directly beneath the reader's desk and facing it.

The Great 8' Dolce borrows its bottom octave from the 8' Rohr Flöte.

The Pedal 16' Spitz Prinzipal unit is in the Great chamber. The Pedal 16' Sub Bass
is in the Swell chamber. The Pedal 16' Gedeckt is taken from the notes 1-12 of the
16' Sub Bass on soft wind with the balance borrowed from the Swell 8' Gedeckt.

The chimes were added in 1988. The organ had originally been built with Perflex.
This was all replaced in 1991.

The Swell 1-3/5 Tierce was added in 1992, and the overall pipework was re-regulated.
The wind pressure on the two Pedal voices was also slightly raised.

The congregation dwindled, and down-sized to a smaller building. The edifice containing
the Balcom and Vaughan was sold to a Synagogue who did not wish to retain the organ.
It was removed by the Marceau & Associates firm of Seattle in 2014 and was placed in
storage awaiting a new home.
