NOTES
The Great 8' Erzähler is from the Swell 4' Erzähler with notes 1-12 borrowed from
the 8' Salicional. The Great II Mixture is derived from the 4' Nachthorn (unisons)
and the 2' Flach Flöte (quints). The Swell 1' Erzähler is an extension of the 4'
and the top octave repeats.
