2005-12-29 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was actually built in 1979, and was intended as a residential organ. It remained in the Marceau shop, awaiting a buyer. Most of the pipework is new; however, some is from previous instruments. The 8' Holz Gedeckt is E.M. Skinner from f# 31 to the top. The first 30 pipes are Estey from their opus 1713 built in 1919 for First Christian Church in Salem, OR. The first 12 pipes of the 8' Principal are Organ Supply pipes formerly at the Main Post Chapel at Fort Lewis, WA -- a Reuter subsequently enlarged by R. Byard Fritts of Tacoma. -Database Manager
