2006-01-01 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ, a style 170, was originally built in 1921 and shipped to the Wurlitzer store/warehouse in San Francisco. It was sold to the Ellenburg Theatre and installed in 1922. In 1938, Balcom & Vaughan moved the organ to Seattle's Playland Amusement Park Skating Rink. In 1943, the organ was moved again to the Rollerfair Rink in Everett. The instrument is now owned by Ray & Muriel Whelpley of Bellevue, Washington. -Database Manager
