Notes

2006-01-09 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This organ was originally built for Shortridge Memorial Christian Church in Butte, Montana. The building was taken over by a theatre group, and the organ was sold and moved here in 1965-66. It was later acquired by Bill Bunch and installed as the antiphonal Great and Swell at Central Lutheran in Seattle. The stencilled façade pipes somehow ended up in the Estey at Zion (now, Gift of Grace) Lutheran Church in Seattle's Wallingford district. -Database Manager
