2006-03-04 - Identified through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn:
Enlargement of E. M. Skinner Opus 501 (1924); rebuilt by Möller in 1980, #R-105; part of the work was completed in the original contract with the remainder completed in 1992, Möller, #11855. -Database Manager
2007-09-14 - Updated through online information from Stephen Hall. -- The rebuild included a new Great organ, expansion of the Pedal division, and removal of the Solo division. The Choir and Swell were essentially unchanged. Pipes and chests from the old Great and Solo divisions were re-used in the Pedal which featured a complete set of mutations (including 21-1/3 and 6-2/5) creating a 64-foot resultant. The original Skinner four manual console was retained, but the fourth manual had no division to control; it did work as a coupling manual for the Swell and Great. The Choir was so soft, it effectively was only useful as an Echo when I heard the instrument displayed in 1975. -Database Manager
