2008-10-10 - Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The present Skinner organ has an undocumented Möller console in the rear gallery. It may have been retained from this instrument. -Database Manager
2013-01-21 - Updated through online information from William M. Worden. -- This organ needs some research. The present St. Matthew-St. Joseph Episcopal was not built until 1926, which means that this Moeller was not installed in that building and that the Skinner did not replace this organ. [Ed. Note: The list Möller printed in 1928 lists St. Joseph's P.E. as the home of Opus 1412. Could the 1926 church be the result of combining two earlier parishes?] -Database Manager
2013-01-23 - Updated through online information from William M. Worden. -- St. Josephs' Epicopal was originally in the building now known as Our Lady of the Rosary, located on Woodward Avenue, now at the intersection of I-94, the Ford Freeway. When St. Joseph Episcopal moved further out Woodward to the present 1926 building, the original site was sold to the Catholic diocese and, with some alterations, became Our Lady of the Rosary. St. Joseph Episcopal merged with St. Matthew's Episcopal years later in 1971. This suggests that the Moller was in the earlier church and may have remained there when the building was sold. Our Lady of the Rosary now houses a Casavant of 1964. -Database Manager
