2007-09-19 - Updated through on-line information from John Elwood. -- In the picture provided, the organ console is below the two seated people on stage. (The organist's head is poking up). The top of the console is flush with the top of the stage causing people to stand on it frequently. The console itself is sunk several inches into the floor. The pipe chambers are approximately as deep as they are wide (or perhaps, slightly deeper). I personally last heard the organ used in 1994, but will be visiting in October 2007 for a more in depth analysis. The organ appears to be essentially unaltered aside from the addition of chimes and some industrial looking electrical work. I'll find out for sure though! -Database Manager
