2018-06-22 - Opus 711 was originally installed in the Rochester Masonic Temple Auditorium, now the Auditorium Theatre. The Skinner was moved to Church of the Ascension in 1967 when a Wurlitzer theatre organ replaced it in the Auditorium. Today, the organ remains tonally unaltered. Part of the relay has been replaced with a Peterson solid state system. With the exception of the console and several regulators, the organ plays on original leather.
