Notes

2006-05-15 - Identified through information adapted from *E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List*, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn: With player attachment; extant in 1990; house sold to a Mr. McAfee. -Database Manager

2007-06-18 - Updated through online information from Frank Thompson. -- The house is now owned by Carol and William Browne. The organ is a basement installation. The Great division has seen water damage. I rebuilt this division (releather) in 1999. I had to do it again in 2003. At that time it was discovered that the water was from a garden sprinkling system. All is fixed now, we hope! This organ is used only each year for the Brownes' Christmas party. I am called each year for service about Dec. first. This organ is all original from 1929 save for the switches in the console, which I releathered, and the releathering the Great after the water problem. The Harp has water problems and needs to be rebuilt. -Database Manager

2017-09-01 - Updated by Anthony Meloni, the builder: This organ has been completely restored by Meloni & Farrier. The work started in February 2017, and was completed in August 2017. All wind chest double primaries and pouchboards were releathered after either years of wear, or water damage. All pipes were removed for cleaning and minor repairs. The Harp and Celesta was removed and completely restored. The reservoirs were removed and restored in the workshop. The remote pneumatic switching for combination action action and player mechanism was removed and completely restored to exact original standards. The player machine is intact and functioning. All ivory naturals are as beautiful as the day they left the Skinner workshop. This organ is completely original. -Database Manager
