2006-06-20 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This is a unit organ. The pipes are in a single chamber on the left side of the chancel. As originally built, the organ had no combination action. Balcom and Vaughan added a Lucas system in 1979 as their opus 629-A. Some of the smaller pipes are played by electro-mechanical action. -Database Manager

NOTES
This organ is installed in a chamber on the front, left side of the church behind an
arch that separates the sanctuary from the chancel. The only chamber opening is into
the chancel, so tonal egress into the sanctuary is poor and reflective only.

As originally built, there were no pistons or toe studs. The Lucas combination action
was added in 1979. A set of Maas amplified chimes is playable from its own keyboard.
