2006-10-16 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was a "Double Artiste" model installed in twin, matching cases at the upper level of the rear gallery. The cases were angled-in slightly towards center. The Great had 4-registers, 5 ranks, and the Swell had 4 registers, 4 ranks. The Pedal was completely composed of manual borrows. The organ was advertised for sale in <i>The American Organist</i> in the early 1990s. In 1994, the organ was sold to St. Clement's (Riverdale) Anglican Church in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for U.S. $13,000.00. The main instrument in the sanctuary is a 1929, IV-manual, 51-rank Casavant, opus 1302 which remains in virtually original condition. The chapel houses a 2-manual, 11-rank Balcom and Vaughan of 1961. -Database Manager
