NOTES
The organ is installed at the front on the right side, and is slightly recessed into
the choir gallery. This prohibits the sound from getting directly into the main body
of the church except by deflection of the sound. The Great and Pedal are non-expressive
and on display. The Pedal 16' Kontra Bass unit forms the leading edge of the visible
pipes. The elevated buffet of pipes is divided into three sections. The left or front-
most section is the Great 8' Prinzipal, 4' Oktave, and 2' Super Oktave. The middle
section is the Great 8' Bordun, 4' Spill Flöte, and IV Mixtur. The right or back-most
section is the Pedal 4' Koral Bass and the Pedal IV Mixtur. The basses of the Pedal 4'
Koral Bass can be seen against the outside wall just behind the right or back-most
section at the treble end. The Pedal 16' Subbass is partially visible behind the elevated
3-sectional buffet.

The Great 8' Erzähler is enclosed with the Swell division. The low 12 notes of the 16'
Erzähler were borrowed from the Swell 16' Rohr Bourdon.

The Swell 1-1/3' Quint Flöte is an extension of the 2-2/3' Nasat. The 1' Sifflöte breaks
back to 2' pitch beginning at c# 50.

The Pedal 4' Koral Bass has 44 pipes because it is partly used in the Pedal IV Mixtur,
and required a 2' extension in that application. The Pedal IV Mixtur stop tablet has the
pitches engraved as 19-22-26-29, but the actual pitches are 12-15-19-22.

Sometime in the mid-to-late 1990's, the Great 16' Erzähler was changed to play the Swell
8' Rohr Gedeckt as a borrow, and the blank tablet on the Great was wired to play the Swell
8' Hautbois as a borrow.

The organ was replaced by a new free-standing and encased Casavant tracker in 2011. It was
placed in storage before being installed in 2012 at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic
Church in Woodinville, WA. by John Moir / Balcom and Vaughan.
