2006-11-02 - Identified through information received from Victor Searle. Destroyed during a 1945 fire-bombing of Tokyo that was described as the single most destructive bombing raid in human history. Replaced by 2-manual 10-stop Harrison & Harrison in 1980, enlarged to 13 stops in 1991. -Database Manager
