Organ designed, built, and delivered. 3' stage extension added to accommodate organ. Opposing voices - Ormandy, Stokowski, Horowitz - said organ would destroy hall acoustics. Organ never installed. Given by Mrs. Simon to SUNY in Purchase, NY. -Database Manager
