NOTES
This organ was originally built for the Dream Theatre in Sedro Woolley,
Washington.

It was moved to St. James Episcopal Church in the same town in 1946 by
Walter D. Price of Bellingham, Washington. It is presumed that Mr. Price
removed the toy counter at this time.

The console is placed on the left side of the room, with the organist
facing across the sanctuary. The organ chamber is on the right side with
the shutters opening directly into the chancel area.

The five chimes available on the Accomp. 2nd T. are tuned to be the four
chimes needed to chime the familiar Westminster carillon, and one low
“Bourdon” chime for tolling.

The console also contains a shutter expression control placed atop the
Accomp. right keycheek. Three stacked pistons originally allowed for the
Stage Expression only to operate from the expression shoe (top piston) or
the Auditorium Expression only to operate from the expression shoe (bottom
piston). The middle piston was the only one engraved – with an “R” for
release.

The Sound Effects take the form of 4 finger pistons located above the Solo
manual.
