2006-12-04 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- Originally built for the Woodland (Olympic) Theatre in Seattle. 1931, moved to the Trianon Ballroom dance club in Seattle by an unknown person/firm. 1946, installed at Maple Leaf Tavern by Balcom and Vaughan and enlarged to 3-manuals. 1957, sold to Howard Burr of Seattle (Greenlake) and installed in his residence by Balcom and Vaughan for $2,060.00. 14 ranks playing here. Home later (1990s) purchased by Brad Detering. Organ retained for a while. 1997, finally sold to the New Everett Theatre in Everett and installed by volunteers. 16 ranks playing at premiere in 1999. -Database Manager
