Notes

2006-12-17 - Identified through on-line information from Charles Raasch. -- The organ was built by Zimmer (the elder) in 1982, and installed for the St. John's Centennial celebration. The original slider chest/electric pulldown instrument consisted of 47 ranks and 36 stops. In 1998, it was digitally expanded by Cornel Zimmer, and a new expanded console was added. In 2004, the digital stops were slightly revoiced and the ancillary division put under expression for greater utility. At that time as well, the original pipe 4' Kornet was removed from the stoplist. The pipes are still extant, but unused. -Database Manager

2006-12-19 - Updated through on-line information from Charles Raasch. -- One rank of pedal pipes (4' Kornett) is no longer accessible by the instrument. The drawknob was assigned to the 16' Bassoon, as it was deemed to be more usable given the sound of the Kornett -Database Manager

2014-07-04 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -Database Manager

2019-06-25 - Updated by Charles Raasch, who has heard or played the organ. -Database Manager
