2007-03-19 - Identified through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- Moved in 1969 to the rear gallery of the new (present) sanctuary. After a 1989 arson fire in a classroom adjacent to the sanctuary, the organ was repaired and enlarged from 26 to 33 ranks by Lewis & Hitchcock; they also converted the console to SSL. An unusual auxiliary 3-manual drawknob console is located on the front right side of the nave floor. -Database Manager
2010-03-25 - Updated through online information from Bradley Gawthrop. -- The 1989 Lewis and Hitchcock renovation replaced the electro-pneumatic pitman action with direct electric valves. The second unconventional console at floor level was built later (date unspecified) by Grooms and Payne Ltd. -Database Manager
