2012-04-04 - Updated through online information from Richard Hugunine. -- During the year 2010, the organ has undergone a substantial refurbishing and expansion under the direction of Ronald C. Bishop, Organ Consultant/Technician. The work included repairing water damage that had occurred over the years, releathering, rebuilding the expression shutters on both the Choir and the Swell, rebuilding the chimes, and rebuilding the pedal board. In addition, a great many improvements were made in the control systems: the entire instrument was converted to state-of-the-art electronics, including a new combination action with 100 levels of memory, MIDI inputs, built-in record/playback system, transposer, and eight additional couplers. -Database Manager

2020-11-03 - More work was done in 2018 according to the church website: "In 2018 the chancel was revised to make the originally fixed chancel pews removable; new chancel steps improved musical performance opportunities in the Nave, and the organ received significant attention. Under the direction of Timothy E. Smith, fifteen stops were moved or added, including a seven-stop Nave division to bolster congregational singing. A new [very compact Schlicker-style] three-manual console sits a top a rolled platform, allowing the organist to be seen during performance." The Nave division was installed on the right wall, facing the nave and around the corner from the main organ. -Jeff Scofield
