Notes

2007-05-06 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was essentially a new organ. It retained the 1965 console from the previous instrument. Five ranks from the original, used 1914 Kimball were incorporated. The Great and Positiv were placed on new slider chests with electro-mechanical pull-downs. The Swell is on E-P chests as is the Pedal. The console was moved off of the choir platform and to the right (a slightly disadvantaged location as regards clear perception of sound for the organist). Other Stinkens pipework from the 1965 rebuild was retained, and much new pipework was added. -Database Manager

2017-06-06 - Updated by Sean Haley, who maintains the organ.<br> The flue work of the Swell division is on a slider chest with electric pulldowns just like the Great and Positive. The Swell reeds, offset basses, and enclosed stops of the Positive are on unit EP chests. The console and worn out electrical systems were updated in 2009. While it can't be moved far from its small nook, the console was ultimately put on casters in anticipation of it being relocated to back to the center of the choir gallery and be movable there. -Database Manager
