Notes

2007-05-16 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ is located on the central axis at the rear of the room. The Swell is a free-standing chamber with the Great and Pedal exposed on top. -Database Manager

2017-12-11 - Updated by Sean Haley, who maintains the organ.<br> The organ has undergone a number of alterations. The original combination action has been replaced with a multilevel solid state system, ca. 2005. At some point the swell key action cable was severed by a careless party and spliced back together with numerous color coded wires and tape creating reliability problems with the original B&V. Ca. 2015 computer technician and organ enthusiast, Robert Collins of Spokane installed additional separate key contacts, expression control, and Midi interfaces to allow the organ to utilize Hauptwerk via equipment and an audio system placed on a platform behind the exposed great installed by Collins. A touch screen placed in the left of the console provides access to the Hauptwerk voices. The Hauptwerk installation cost $5,000 and was carried out in this fashion due to inadequate funding to hire a name brand digital company to create a hybrid instrument, according to the present church organist. -Database Manager
