2007-05-28 - Identified through on-line information from Stanley R. Scheer. -- The contract for Opus 2503 involved rebuilding Opus 468 (1912) with electric action playable from a new two-manual detached console. The original ventil windchests were retained and electrified by converting the tubular-pneumatic key primaries and stop action to electro-pneumatic. The pedal compass was increased from 30 to 32 notes, five new stops were added and two pedal stops prepared in the console. The organ was newly configured on each side of the chancel and a new electric blower was provided. -Database Manager
