2007-06-03 - Identified through online information from Stanley R. Scheer. -- This was a renovation of builder's Op. 1279 (1928); see attached specification for details. -Database Manager
2015-11-12 - Contract (Feb. 17, 1959) for Opus 2543 was to supply a new three-manual console for the existing specification of Opus 1279 (1928) including a number of blank draw knobs listed in specific positions in the four divisions clearly suggesting the anticipated prepared stops. The contract also included two new electro-pneumatic expression motors for the Swell and Choir divisions. The reed stops were returned to Casavant Frères for repair and revoicing. The organ was tonally regulated on site following the return of the reeds and installation of the new console. -Database Manager
2015-11-12 - Church closed. The organ was removed before the building was razed in September 2015. Casavant and J.L. Weiler, Inc., will restore the organ for installation (Feb. 2017) in St. Paul of the Cross R.C. Church in Park Ridge, Illinois. -Database Manager
