2008-10-01 - Updated through online information from James Grebe. -- This pipe organ is one that was installed at the St. Louis World's Fair in 1904. The other organ, by the Los Angeles Art Organ Co, was the core of Wanamakers Dept Store in Philadelphia. Stan Kann, local legendary theatre organist, now deceased, played at Frye Memorial for over 20 years. During his tenure the Estey was replaced by a Hammond and the Estey was junked. Frye Memorial is now presently serving as a private residence having been converted from a church in 2007 -Database Manager
