2006-01-06 - Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- As originally conceived, one manual division was to have been in a case in Ruckpositiv position on the gallery rail, but this was changed in favor of housing the entire organ in one main case, with the expressive Recit behind the Grand Orgue. Also, the second Pedale stop was originally an 8' Violoncelle, but it proved to be less-than-ideal, and was subsequently replaced by the builder with a 16' Basson. -Database Manager

NOTES
The organ is free-standing and encased in the rear gallery with a detached, reversed
console. As originally conceived and drawn, the organ was to have a Rück-positiv divison,
but that was later changed to have the entire organ housed in a single case.

Also, the original second Pedale stop was an 8' Violoncelle. But it proved to be less-
than-adequate, so the builder replaced it with a 16' Basson.
