Notes

2006-10-26 - Updated through on-line information from Jeff Scofield. -- The organ sustained considerable water damage in 1992 when tornado-force winds peeled back the roof over the front of the sanctuary; the organ was restored by Ralph Richards and Bruce Fowkes with some tonal changes; they decided to remain in the area and formed Richards, Fowkes in the adjacent community of Ooltewah. -Database Manager

2010-11-11 - Updated through on-line information from Jim Grier. -Database Manager

2021-06-17 - The 1,600-seat sanctuary was completed in 1965; a stock 3-manual Rodgers was used until the Brombaugh was installed; the church currently has over 3,400 members. -Jeff Scofield
