Notes

-07-28 - Identified through online information from Douglas W. Craw. -- This was a major rebuild of a 1920s Casavant. The dedication program noted that "a few ranks from the former organ which were considered to be of special tonal value were retained: the fine old English Tuba and some solo strings and the ponderous and acoustically effective pedal Open Diapason". -Database Manager

-07-03 - Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- This was a rebuild of Casavant's 1921 rebuild of a Farrand & Votey that was donated by church member Jacob S. Farrand. The church closed c.1991 and is being used only for meetings and concerts. -Database Manager

-06-10 - Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- A 16-rank Positiv was prepared for; congregation merged into Westminster Presbyterian Church in 1992 and building leased to the Ecumenical Theological Seminary; in 2002, the Detroit Presbytery gave the seminary the buildings, land and endowments. -Database Manager

-02-21 - Updated through online information from Rex Meabon. -Database Manager

-03-21 - Updated by David Hufford, who maintains the organ.<br> Several items of as-needed releathering and repair were completed in 2015 by Renaissance Pipe Organ Co. of Ann Arbor, and the organ was fully tuned in preparation for concerts. Organ remains extant and unaltered as of March 2018. -Database Manager
