2007-09-18 - Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was originally built for the congregation's 2nd edifice (1925). It has 5 ranks: Diapason, Flute, Viole d'Amour, Viole Celeste, and Oboe. However, the placement of the celeste tabs and their much whiter color leads one to conclude that this was a replacement rank. It is quite different in scale than the Viole d'Amour. And it is not unlikely that it may have replaced an original 8' Vox Humana. The console was disconnected some years ago and the organ - while completely intact - is mute. The church is presently considering selling/donating the organ, and has already contacted the Pipe Organ Foundation of Mercer Island, Washington. -Database Manager

2009-02-21 - Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ has been purchased by David Johnston of Leavenworth, Washington and will be installed by him in his home. -Database Manager
