2007-10-03 - Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the parish's second edifice - and was designed by noted architect Henry Vaughn. I was consecrated Sept. 8, 1894. Unknown what - if any - pipe organ may have been in the first edifice. The Estey was destroyed by a fire on February 13th, 1953 which had begun at an adjacent restaurant, and spread to the chancel wall and roof. Church placed on National Register of Historic Places in 1974. -Database Manager
