Notes

2007-09-23 - Identified by James R. Stettner through information from the Estey Opus List, published in The Boston Organ Club newsletter, 1973-1979. -Database Manager

2010-01-26 - Updated through online information from Paul T. Schonstrom, Jr.. -- Initially installed in the Presbyterian Church on State St., Fort Morgan, in Nov 1921 and was operational for their first Christmas service. At the time of the uniting of the State St. Presbyterian church and the Episcopal-Presbyterian church on Ensign St. the instrument was moved to the present location on Riverview. Most pipes appear to be open flue metal pipes; some may be stopped. Some repairs and maintenance in the past were done by non-professionals; however, it has been professionally maintained since mid-1960's. Swell and Great manuals were replaced by Fred Meinier, well known Denver, CO pipe organ professional, in 1969. Current controls are electro-pneumatic. -Database Manager
