Notes

2007-09-25 - Identified through online information from Stephen Hall. -- Four manual Schantz organ installed in 1960; Schantz console modified/upgraded, additional ranks added by Bunn=Minnick in 1989. Walker Technical added digital voices to fill in "prepared for" pipe ranks of the Bunn=Minnick organ in 2004. -Database Manager

2010-06-05 - Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- The Schantz was installed as a 4/39 with an additional 45 ranks or so prepared-for; Bunn-Minnick rebuilt the existing large Schantz console; Walker digital stops were added 1997-2001; as well as the pale pink color of the sanctuary exterior, the nave is known for the palm trees growing in the chancel and the pulpit shaped like the bow of a boat. -Database Manager

2022-02-01 - The Database manager lists the original console by Schantz as a three-manual replaced by a new four-manual console by Bunn-Minnick in 1989. This is inaccurate; the original Schantz console was four manuals and was completely overhauled with a solid-state conversion and new interior components in 1989, retaining the original Schantz keyboards, pedalboard, and exterior shell. The Schantz used Dutch nomenclature on the console but English in the chambers. The Great, Swell, and Choir manuals were playing in 1960, with the Solo and Antiphonal left in prepared-for status by Shantz. Bunn-Minnick made a few additions in 1989 to begin filling in preparations in a stoplist revised by them. -Shawn P. Keith
