2007-09-27 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- Originally built by E.W. Lane, Opus 67, 1902. Housed in a case in the rear gallery which is in the central tower entry. Projecting 'swallows nest' gallery of sorts. 3-sectional facade of 17 gold-painted pipes arranged 3-11-3. 1965 was tonal changes to the organ. In 1966, it was mechanically renovated. The Great 8' Hohlflote is the original Dulciana with raised cut-ups and revoiced. The Swell 2' Principal, 1-3/5' Tierce, and 1-1/3 Larigot were made from other recycled pipework. The Pedal 16' Bourdon is a replacement set installed in 1971 after the long-time organist complained that the original set was too small, timid, and bottled-up. -Database Manager
