The organ began suffering serious problems related to the windchests. Levsen built new electro-mechanical windchests with schwimmers of local, seasoned wood to avoid problems with climate changes. Original console retained and modified as necessary. Two additional ranks were added to the original 17. Dedicatory recital played by Davis Folkerts of Central College in Pella. Chambers and cantilevered pipes along left rear wall of this Akron-plan sanctuary. -Database Manager
