2010-08-29 - Updated through online information from Ryan Kennedy. -- An upcoming rebuild will expand the combination action; a sequencer may be added, but it is unclear currently. There is reason to believe that some, much or all of the organ was built by Kimball, but I have not changed the builder name, since the information is not very conclusive. I am quite sure that the Swell strings at least are not Kimball; they sound quite different from any extant Kimball strings. The number of pipes is my best estimate; I assume it is absolutely correct, but will update if not. No new pipes will be added in the upcoming rebuild. The room is about 75 feet in length, with a 15 foot roof and a width of 25 feet. The walls are wood, and the floor is carpeted. There is a balcony at the "west" and "south" ends. The organ is located in the "east," behind the altar. The console is sunken in a shallow pit; the organist faces "west." There is almost no reverberation. -Database Manager
