The new organ uses much of the pipework, the swell shutters, and the unit chests for the pedal Gemshorn and Subbass, all else being new. Aiken, South Carolina St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church Estey Organ Corporation, Op. 3228, 1955 (Installed in early 1956) The nameplate stated "Estey Organ Corporation/Brattleboro, Vermont/1955 The following stoplist differs in three respects with the advertistment in the American Organist: 1--the Swell 8 Geigen Principal had only a console blank with no engraving and only space provided in the Swell chamber; 2--the Great Rauschquinte II had 136 pipes so as to work with the super coupler 7 notes above the keyboard compass as did the other stops on the Great; 2--the tremulant in the adversement was engraved "tremolo" on the stop tabs.
