2018-07-26 - Updated by Rev. Joseph Havrilka, who has heard or played the organ.
The organ was fully enclosed with the swell on the left (north) side of the loft and the great/pedal on the right side (south). The loft was two stories above the main floor of the chapel. There was also a small 1940s Wicks Fuga on the main level to the left (south) of the nave.
\r\nAlthough I had my foundational training on this organ, I cannot recall the entire stoplist. The swell had an interesting Cornopean 8\' and a big flute labeled \"Tibia Plena 8\'. The great had a true Doppelflute 8\' and a very fat Tuba 8\'. The loft was situated above a set of priest-instructor offices on the the second floor of the seminary. There was a small plaque on the organ by the swell stops that read: \"Do not use the Vox Human 8\' between the hours of ? - ? as it shakes the panes of glass on the office doors below!\" The style of architecture for the campus was Tudor Gothic and the chapel had a marvelous acoustic for music! I spent four years of high school seminary training there and loved it! -Database Manager
