2022-02-28 - Contract signed June 2, 1927 for a tubular-pneumatic duplex instrument costing $2,500, to be delivered by October 1st. The organ was shipped at the end of October, routed through the Pennsylvania R.R. to New York and the Delaware & Hudson line. The case was to be mahogany-finished birch and later changed prior to construction to quartered oak and the facade pipes were painted gold bronze. The wind pressure was 3 3/4", delivered by a 1/2 hp. Kinetic blower. The stop control was by stop keys. -Scot Huntington
