Notes

2007-11-26 - Identified from factory documents and publications courtesy of Stephen Schnurr. -Database Manager

2021-11-06 - Church merged with First Methodist Church using the Methodist building at 200 N. 9th St. -Paul R. Marchesano

2023-08-12 - I met with the organist of First United Methodist/Presbyterian church on 08/11/23. The 200 North 9th Street address is not the site of the former First Methodist (Episcopal) building. That building was on North 11th street at Centre Street. I have made the appropriate address and notes corrections for Database Organ #'s 39936, 41536, and 59472, along with including a photograph of the Methodist Episcopal cornerstone still visible in the original section of the church wall that is now a retaining wall along the sidewalk. The Prebyterian building at 200 North 9th street is the one First Methodist/Presbyterian uses for services. Per the secretary of First United Methodist/Presbyterian (FUMP), the First Methodist/Presbyterian congregational merger took place in 1972 and the First Methodist building at 11th and Centre was torn down at that time. The disposition of the organ at the time of demolition is unknown. -Jack Umholtz

2023-08-12 - Confirmed Opus number. 5195 etched into metal C# pipe of Open Diapason. 12 Open Diapason bass pipes are wood. -Jack Umholtz
