2009-04-22 - Updated through on-line information from Jack Umholtz. -- Pitman chests except for 44 note Pedal Bourdon and 97 note unit Flute on swell, and "Vox in a Box" chest. The 16' Bourdon (16' & 8') along with the chimes are outside the swellbox. There is only 1 swellbox for the entire organ. Ranks as installed were 44 note 16' Pedal Bourdon, 97 note unit Flute, 73 note Swell Diapason (played as Gt. 4' Octave), 61 note Salicional, 61 note Dulciana, 73 note (I think) Oboe (these three ranks were duplexed on both Sw. and Gt. at 8' pitch only), 49 note TC Vox Celeste on Sw. Only), 61 note Vox Humana, 61 note Gt. Diapason, 73 note Melodia (Played at 8' & 4'on the Gt). Organ restored/updated in mid 1980's by Columbia Organ works. In this restoration/update, the oboe was replaced with a period Cornopean to add some "fire" to the organ, the "Vox in a Box" was lost (due to space limitations in the swellbox) to a 2 rank chest, upon which was installed a 4' Octave and 2' Super Octave scaled to the 8' Gt. Open Diapason. WHAT A SOUND! The Pedal Bourdon MUST be #1 Tibia scale. It's huge! -Database Manager
