Notes

2007-11-28 - Identified from factory documents and publications courtesy of Stephen Schnurr. -Database Manager

2017-05-03 - Updated by Wayne T. Warren, who has heard or played the organ.<br> I practiced on this organ for many years. Electricians mistakenly cut the power lines to the organ during renovations/repairs to the building and rendered the organ "mute" in or about 1993. -Database Manager

2023-08-29 - This job number consisted of the removal, refurbishment, and reinstallation of M. P. Möller Opus 2739 from the Fox Washington Theatre. Contracted on 6 November 1930 for $6,650, Möller was to remove the pipes from the Fox Washington Theatre and return them to Hagerstown for cleaning and revoicing. Three new ranks were added to the organ bringing the total rank count to 20, and Möller was to construct new case work for the instrument. -Roman Lizak
