2008-01-24 - Updated through online information from Stephen Hall. -- "the new organ incorporates pieces of every organ the church has used since 1903. The base woodwork is from the original Lyon and Healy organ, the gothic-style embellishments near the top and around the façade pipes came from work done in 1934 and seven ranks came from the Casavant's predecessor, a Wick's [sic] organ from 1957." -Carroll Hanson, quoted in the Iowa City Press-Citizen, article dated January 21, 2008. -Database Manager
