2015-05-30 - Updated through online information from Steve Bartley. -- Church has been closed with the merger of three congregations. The church is a handsome Italian neo classical design with nice stained glass and good height and space, though never lavishly decorated. Organ pipes, etc, in a chamber above & to the right of the chancel. Two small dummy flats face the congregation and the chamber is covered by a simple, but classical wood grille facing the chancel. <br>The choir and console were located in a niche outside and to the right of the chancel. The organ was in working condition before it was parsed out. The tone was good, considering its typical 1920s specification. The Oboe looks like a Flugel Horn, but it less than full length, thus has an English Horn quality. -Database Manager
