2021-07-14 - Most of the organ was removed shortly after the closing of the parish, intended for use in the proposed installation of the Medinah Temple Organ at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church in Old Mill Creek, IL. Other items from this church, including the pews, altars, windows, and pulpit, were reused in St. Raphael's. In 2019, the building was going to be put for sale, and so the remaining components were removed to St. Raphael's. Some of the organ has gone missing, notably many parts of the console. Much of this instrument is currently being restored for use in St. Raphael's. -Alex Fries
