This organ is in its original location and nearly original condition. It is
tracker action.* The manual keyboards are of ivory in very good condition.
At one time it was hand winded. When the first electric blower was installed
in the early 1920's, the feeder bellows were removed. The current blower was
installed in the 1950's.

In the 1970's, the pipes were cleaned and trackers replaced with new wooden
ones. Also, at that time the original pedal keyboard (probably flat and
straight of 27 notes) was replaced with an AGO keyboard (concave and
radiating) and the five upper pipes were added at that time. *These five are
offset and pneumatically operated.

The organ will be undergoing a complete restoration after Christmas 1998.
This work will be done by D. F. Pilzecker & Company of Toledo, Ohio. Due to
cost, the feeder bellows will not be replaced at this time. A new quieter
blower will be installed within the organ case. **Mr. Pilzecker is of the
opinion that the Aeoline stop is not original. He proposes to change it to
a 2' Piccolo as part of the restoration.
