The console shall be of a design to match organ case and reredos,
of drawknob patter in design, similar to Studio Organ in Waldorf-
Astoria. All workmanship shall be of a quality duplicating the

organ and if not, the purchase will have the option of requiring
to be exchanged or revoiced until satisfactory. Builder agrees to

installation at their expense. Any preparation that is necessary
for the subsequent player installation will be taken care of now.
