2017-02-06 - Updated by Tyler Robertson, who has heard or played the organ.
Organ is in fairly poor shape, as it is not maintained at all. Building owners have no interest in keeping it up as it is rarely used and makes them no money. The building is now used mainly for weddings and other large gatherings. As of 2/2/17 several of the stops do not play, likely due to console issues.
The organ is entirely enclosed, but the swell shades (which are all operated by wind) are all stuck closed. The pneumatic combination action works, however the action is very slow. The chambers themselves have no lights or electricity, as a building renovation years ago did not budget for them. -Database Manager
