2022-07-05 - "The organ is to be entirely new with the exception that the present casing and front pipes are to be used, the builder to furnish a panel to enclosed the space where the console now is, and to lengthen or change the pipes to cover the organ in an artistic manner. The builder to use pipes belonging to a Kimball organ and an Estey organ owned by party of the second part. All pipes used to be thoroughly gone over and put in a first class condition and the metal pipes to be equipped with slide tuners , and the reeds to be revoiced. Motor and generator set for action current belonging to party of the second part also to be used, together with the present blower." -Jeff Scofield
